Media Go is a comprehensive application that acts as a media organizer, photo viewer, and video player. In addition, it allows you to easily share your personal files to social websites like YouTube and Facebook.

When first installing the app, you are asked to choose the type of installation, which can be either standard for beginners, or custom for experienced users. Whatever the choice you make, the program provides you with a neat and user-friendly interface, mainly built in terms of a media organizer. In this regard, the files stored on your computer are automatically detected and imported into Media Go. What's great about this tool is that it analyses the extensions and places the files into the corresponding library section. This way, your collection of songs, movies and TV shows, photos and home videos, podcasts, games, and comics will be conveniently organized into specific categories; you no longer need to search through the computer since all media files are easily accessible from the program's library. Obviously, you can add or remove media at any time from the File menu. Even more, the program has the ability to hide duplicate and unavailable items, so that the database would not be crowded with useless files.

As I already mentioned, Media Go is also a solution for viewing your photo collection. However, its abilities go beyond the attributes of an ordinary image viewer. With Media Go, you can enhance the quality of digital photos taken in bad-lightning conditions, remove a red-eye effect, crop picture areas, and create slideshows with nice transition effects. Moreover, you are able to create playlists with your favorite audio or video files.

To sum up, this app lets you keep your media files properly organized. Its sharing and exporting capabilities are of great help when you intend to upload files to the Web, or transfer entire photo albums and playlists to other devices.

Rudolf Spielbauer The Network Downloader is a part of the whole Media Go Package and can't be installed separately (as I understand). The version number is not the same as the Media Go number and is flagged erroneously as not up-to-date! Even in newest Media Go 2.8, the Network Downloader has version number 1.5.
