My Windows 10 computer no longer recognizes my Walkman. It did a few weeks ago. I did the trouble shooting suggested by the YouTube video. I just bought this in 2017 to replace an older Sony. Please help.

You might have to apply a firmware upgrade before using on Windows 10. On the official website, they state that the firmware is compatible with Windows 10 operating system.
Access the following website to read about the compatibility, requirements and general firmware flashing for the NW-E394 device.
As a tip, try disabling Driver Enforcement if you have drivers to install. Here's how to do it: Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Press key 7 > Restart.
How can I alphabetize the titles of my playlists in Media Go and in my walkman?

I've installed Media Go and created a playlist, then I've added files and sorted the playlist from A to Z based on Artist. Afterwards, I used right click on the left tree menu on the playlist and exported the file to a directory. I've loaded the file on Winamp and it appeared exactly how I sorted the files.
This is the only way to alphabetize it. If the Walkman has auto sorting, then you have to disable this feature from its settings.
Are there any plans to be able to create Smart playlists?
I would like to create a playlist that will hold the date sequence and get automatically updated as new podcasts are added or removed with an option to sync the podcast. Is it possible?

This is a request that relates to the way iTunes works. According to a user on the Sony forums, what you're asking is not possible. It can be done with iTunes, but you can't do it for Media GO or the Sony device (if you own one). If you want to read more about it, access the Sony forums.
I downloaded Media Go 2.4 to my Xperia Z Tablet, but I can't open it. When I click on it, it says "the file cannot be opened". Do I need to download something else first for 2.4 to work on my tablet?

Media Go is an application that is installed on Windows operating systems. You can't open it using your phone because Android doesn't recognize Windows installers as being recognized or supported files. You need to install Media Go on the PC then use it to synchronize it with tablet.
